Sales responsibilities
  1. Prospect new customers through cold-calling.
  2. Work with our Sales and Marketing teams to analyze new opportunities.
  3. Promote and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones to identify business opportunities.
  4. Directly close sales with qualified leads and provide excellent customer experience.
  5. Understand customer needs to position haddock as a key tool for their business.
  6. Serve as a reference point for customers during sales and post-sales processes.
  7. Update and feed the CRM database.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the team to meet KPIs.
Skills and experience
  • 2-3 years experience in sales, especially in closing processes.
  • Previous experience in B2B and SaaS companies is highly recommended.
  • Experience in the restoration sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups and SaaS products.
  • Experience working in the HORECA sector.
