Doofinder in Madrid, Spain is hiring multilingual Account Executives to join our fast-growing team in a hybrid role. Manage full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive success with targeted languages.

We offer €30,000 gross annual base salary with uncapped commissions, a permanent contract, 4-week onboarding, generous leave, and clear career progression from AE2 to AE3. Ideal for language-proficient sales pros based in Spain eager to grow.

Formación

• C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent)
• C1–C2 English
• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales (AE/BDR/SDR/outbound or similar)
• Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Requirements

• C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent)
• C1–C2 English
• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, including roles such as Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound Sales, or similar
• Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Important Eligibility

Applicants must already be living in Spain.

No relocation support or visa sponsorship is available. Candidates who are not currently residing in Spain will not be considered.
