The Role
- Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads, while developing the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Connect with prospects, nurture relationships, and leverage influential business connections across various departments.
- Create effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct high-level meetings with C-Suite and VP-level executives to demonstrate our product, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
- Utilize creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams, including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership.
- Position our product effectively, support prospects through their decision-making process, and close deals.
- Contribute to the Italian Market expansion by understanding the landscape, developing strategies, and establishing Factorial as a leading solution.
- Proficiency in Italian and professional English are required.
- At least 1 year of sales experience as an Account Executive is preferred; related experience such as SDR, Customer Satisfaction, or Project Management is also valued.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills, with experience in delivering impactful demos and addressing customer needs.
- Tech-savviness and a passion for digital innovation.
- Strong active listening and presentation skills, with the ability to craft strategic messages based on customer insights.
- Data-driven approach to sales and quota achievement.
- Experience in forecasting and pipeline management, with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, creative, team-oriented, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow.
