We are a leading multinational GROUP in the infrastructure sector, based in Madrid, currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will provide support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and should be a flexible, resilient, discreet, and proactive problem solver with good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the executive assistant to the CEO.
  • Prepare and set up meeting rooms.
  • Manage office supply inventory and oversee purchasing.
  • Assist in the coordination of international and domestic travel.
  • Support the management of expense reports.
  • Perform profile research.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Perform other duties as required for the role.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in roles such as Assistant, or similar administrative positions, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Essential to reside in Madrid.
