At The Roadmap, we’ve helped a long list of Irish businesses grow fast, and now we’re expanding into the UK and Spain, with more countries on the horizon.

We’re building a small, high-performance sales team from our base in Madrid. The leadership and management team is based here, and as we grow, Madrid will remain the central hub. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office and three days remote. There’s flexibility once you’re fully up and running.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working with qualified leads and researched prospects. There’s a growing stream of inbound interest from ads and referrals, and we focus on specific service-based niches, so it’s easier to show real results to business owners who run similar companies.

You won’t be cold calling or trying to sell something generic. This is about education over persuasion — helping people understand how we work, what’s possible for them, and why it works. You’ll be backed by proper systems, a growing team, and data that tells you who to speak to and when.

Our prospecting team is expanding, building better lead lists every week. Once you’ve made first contact, the marketing and advertising team steps in with personalised campaigns to help nurture and convert. You’ll also get daily reports from our AI and data team, showing you who’s engaging and how best to approach each lead.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Call and consult with prospects from high-quality, qualified lead sources
  2. Educate potential clients using real case studies and client journeys
  3. Close deals and hand them over to the onboarding team
  4. Keep your pipeline focused using our CRM and daily insights
  5. Work closely with marketing, data and leadership to refine your messaging and process
  6. Contribute to building a strong team culture with clear progression and leadership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  1. Experience in consultative or service-based sales
  2. Confidence in leading conversations and spotting business needs
  3. Ability to manage a pipeline using tools and systems
  4. Based in Madrid or willing to relocate for a hybrid HQ role
  5. A mindset focused on growth, consistency and teamwork, working closely across sales, marketing and leadership

Experience

Sales : 3 - 4 years (Required)

Digital Marketing : 1 year (Preferred)
