ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the sales team, you’ll be managing inbound leads from key international markets. This is not a cold sales role - your focus will be on building trust, guiding potential clients, and closing deals with contacts who have already shown interest.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming leads from English- and German-speaking regions.
  • Following up, advising, and supporting potential clients throughout the decision-making process.
  • Collaborating closely with other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Playing a key role in the growth of two high-potential markets with strong development opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Native or C2-level English and German (both are required).
  • Based in Barcelona.
  • A positive, reliable, and consistent mindset - we value long-term drive and customer focus over high-pressure tactics.
  • No prior sales experience required - if you’ve worked in customer service, support, or any client-facing role, you’re a very good fit.
  • Spanish is not required, but helpful for internal communication.
