Formación

• 8+ years of professional EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write detailed reports.
• Experience with safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the EHS management system in line with corporate policies.
• Plan, lead, and oversee regular EHS audits and workplace inspections.
• Direct risk assessment processes including Job Safety Analyses for operations.
• Lead investigations for significant workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze EHS performance data and drive continuous improvement with leadership.
