Responsibilities :

• Provide consulting, training, and support on client-facing and internal projects related to Safety Database Hosted services and other Pharmacovigilance Technology Systems.
• Assist in designing, developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining technical solutions for Pharmacovigilance, especially Safety Databases and Technology Systems, including:
• System setup and configuration.
• Validation documentation creation, guidance, and execution.
• Developing and conducting training sessions.
• Supporting implementation and post go-live activities.
• Administer Safety Databases (Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information modules) and other related systems, including configuration and user management.
• Provide second-level support via the PTS Helpdesk.
• Analyze complex client and internal needs, recommend, and implement solutions.
• Manage projects for client implementations and internal initiatives.
• Participate in client audits and inspections.
• Develop and review SOPs, WIs, FAQs, and other documents to ensure compliance with policies.
• Deploy updates, patches, and hot-fixes following change procedures.
• Lead database migrations in and out of Safety Databases.
• Contribute SME expertise to business development.
• Mentor team members, including Senior Specialists.
• Perform additional tasks as discussed with the supervisor, including other platform systems and strategic initiatives.
