An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced S / 4HANA Procurement to Pay Business Partner to play a pivotal role in the integration of new SAP S / 4HANA systems within a leading organisation's Iberian operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on aligning technology with business processes, ensuring seamless implementation and optimisation of procurement strategies across both direct and indirect purchasing.

As an S / 4HANA Procurement to Pay Business Partner, you will be involved in every stage of large-scale transformation projects focused on optimizing procurement processes. Your responsibilities include collaborating with local and central teams to drive SAP S / 4HANA integration, facilitating stakeholder workshops, translating business needs into SAP solutions, overseeing testing cycles, supporting data migration, and providing user training to ensure adoption. You will monitor progress, communicate across departments, and champion change to deliver solutions that enhance procurement efficiency in direct and indirect categories.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of Source to Pay (S2P) processes within SAP S / 4HANA for Iberia, aligning with organizational goals.
• Participating in all project phases from design to deployment, ensuring effective implementation following SAP best practices.
• Facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops with System Integrator teams to align business processes with SAP standards.
• Translating business requirements into SAP language and acting as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Documenting and validating WRICEFs, maintaining standard solutions where possible.
• Managing testing activities, including UAT, issue prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Reviewing project outputs such as functional designs and training materials for quality standards.
• Configuring systems accurately within the S2P domain and ensuring documentation compliance.
• Collaborating with data teams for clean data migration and interface mapping.
• Supporting end-user training and fostering process adoption, while monitoring progress and reporting risks.
