Job Title: Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our team.

As a Key Account Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners in Spain.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, manage, and develop a strong network of strategic partners across Spain, focusing on Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 providers.

You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships.

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Develop a deep understanding of our partners' needs and goals, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Onboard New Partners: Ensure a seamless onboarding process, providing necessary training and support.
  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: Build trust through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and delivering value.

Additionally, collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align strategies and execute business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT concepts, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in complex sales environments, enterprise sales methodologies, and business processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience Managing Strategic Partners: Proven experience managing partners like Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, with successful relationship development.
