A luxury hotel chain in Madrid seeks a Management Trainee F&B to join its 12-month program. The role offers on-the-job training and exposure to corporate senior leaders, ideal for recent graduates with a passion for the luxury lifestyle sector. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Spanish and less than 2 years of experience.

Formación

• Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results.
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the 12-month Management Trainee Program.
• Gain exposure to various roles in the Food & Beverage Department.
• Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from corporate leaders.

Required experiences & qualifications

Recent graduate of bachelor\'s degree or above with top academic results.

Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
