Rosewood Hotel Group invites high-potential graduates to join its Management Trainee Program, an accelerated 12-month learning journey across luxury hotel properties, starting August 2027. You will receive on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and self-paced learning to shape your career in the luxury lifestyle sector.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or above and top academic results.
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship with leading companies of any industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
