Job Title : Junior RWE Statistician / Statistical Programmer

Location : Spain (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior RWE Statistician / Statistical Programmer to join a dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with a passion for Real-World Evidence (RWE), and biostatistics to contribute to meaningful healthcare research.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with statisticians, epidemiologists, and data scientists to analyze large real-world datasets and generate insights that support healthcare decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the design, execution, and interpretation of real-world evidence studies, including observational research and health outcomes analyses.

Perform statistical programming and data analysis using SAS.

Support the development of statistical methodologies and study protocols.

Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and quality control procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data scientists, and regulatory experts.

Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and reports .

Requirements :

Master’s degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience

Experience or coursework in real-world data analysis (e.g., claims data, electronic health records, registries).

Proficiency in SAS for statistical analysis and data manipulation.

Knowledge of biostatistics, epidemiological methods, and study designs .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry projects.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for RWE studies (e.g., EMA, FDA).

Knowledge of machine learning techniques for healthcare analytics.
