Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a native-level Russian speaker for an on-site, confidential AI and consumer technology programme. You will evaluate pre-release AI model outputs in Russian, ensure accuracy and naturalness, and test on client devices to confirm performance and localization quality.

You will document issues in detail, compare Russian and English experiences, and provide language-specific usability insights. Remote work is not possible for this programme.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fully bilingual Russian, written and spoken.
• Ability to follow test scripts and guidelines and explain issues in English.
• Experience in software/app testing or localization QA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review pre-release AI model output in Russian and judge accuracy, naturalness, and overall quality.
• Test the Russian experience against English: verify feature parity and non-Latin script handling.
• Identify display problems or localization errors like wrong date, currency, or untranslated strings.
• Document steps, device, OS, locale, build ID, and evidence; re-test after fixes.
• Provide language-specific usability insights and navigation feedback.
• Work on-site in Welocalize office in a secure area; remote work not possible for this programme.
• Support other linguistic projects as needed.
