Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a native-level Polish QA tester for an on-site, confidential AI and consumer technology programme. You will evaluate pre-release AI model output in Polish, verify accuracy, and test how it performs on client devices.

You will compare Polish and English experiences, check localization accuracy, and document issues clearly for developers. Remote work is not possible; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual Polish, written and spoken, with daily use.
• Confident with a smartphone and a laptop; comfortable with iOS and Android.
• Attention to detail and objective judgment when assessing quality.
• Ability to follow a detailed test script and explain issues in English.

Responsabilités

• Review pre-release AI model output in Polish and judge it on accuracy and quality.
• Test the Polish experience against English, ensuring parity and non-Latin script handling.
• Identify display or localization errors and document them clearly for developers.
• Re-test after fixes to confirm resolution and quality improvements.
• Provide insights on navigation and nuance from a native Polish perspective.
• Work on-site in a private, secure Welocalize area; remote work is not possible.
