BNP Paribas Personal Finance, based in Spain, seeks a Run Manager to ensure IT service stability for international partners. You will act as the link between business needs and technical execution, handling incidents, demands, and security compliance.

You will triage incidents, lead post-incident reviews, coordinate evolution demands, manage budgets, and serve as the pricing configuration contact. Collaboration across IT and Operations is essential in this hybrid role.

Formación

• Experience building and activating professional networks across IT and Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication suitable for technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in English (B2) and French (B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and escalations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and deliver detailed post-incident reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams on evolution demands, budgets and requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates.
• Act as Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.
• Maintain transparent communication with partners through updates and monthly performance reports.

MISSION
As a Run Manager, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of IT services for our international partners. You will act as the vital link between business needs and technical execution, managing incidents, demands, and security compliance. Your work directly maintains the high service levels required by our global customers.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and managing escalations to minimize business impact.
Lead root-cause analysis and deliver detailed post-incident reports to prevent future issues.
Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, tracking budgets and requirements.
Act as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates.
Serve as the Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.
Maintain transparent communication with partners through daily updates and monthly performance reports.
What You’ll Bring

Strong analytical skills to solve complex operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message for both technical and business audiences.
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
Proficiency in French (B2 level or higher) is required.
