GBfoods Africa is seeking a Route-To-Market Manager to analyze data and identify growth opportunities. Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in business, marketing, or trade.
  • Experience in trade, insights incubation, and data modeling is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is highly valued.

Role:

Reporting to the Route-To-Market Director, Africa:

The Route-To-Market Manager will generate insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions based on trade and sales force behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify RTM opportunities for growth by analyzing data and accelerating insight generation.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather input on business and sales team performance.
  • Facilitate and oversee the insights generation process.
  • Develop insights use case strategy.
  • Coordinate the implementation of use cases through Learn, Build, and Scale phases.
  • Lead the insights team modeling efforts (data science hub).
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to present findings that support strategic and commercial decisions.
