Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields and graduating before the start date.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or projects.
• Mobility to work across US operations and rotate sites.
• Minimum internship or co-op completed.
• GPA of 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year program with three assignments in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Science & Technology, Purchasing/Supplier Management or Supply Chain.
• Relocate to various sites globally according to business needs.
• Be paired with a mentor and develop a personalized development plan.
• Receive leadership training and report to a department manager in each assignment.
• Comply with EH&S procedures and support continuous improvement.
