AbbVie is offering a three-year, full-time Technology Development Program (TDP) designed to develop future leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Science & Technology, Purchasing, and Supply Chain. Participants will rotate through assignments, relocate to sites globally as needed, and be mentored to create personalized development plans.

All rotations will be under AbbVie's leadership and EH&S standards. Regular full-time AbbVie employees receive competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Completing final year of a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must graduate with a bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
• Mobility is a key requirement with rotations U.S. sites.
• Minimum of one internship or co‑op completed.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, written, and verbal skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Job Description

• TDP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities:
  - Engineering
  - Manufacturing
  - Quality
  - Science & Technology
  - Purchasing and Supplier Management
  - Supply Chain
• Be a regular full-time AbbVie's employee and qualify for the same competitive salary and benefits as other AbbVie employees.
• Develop a well-rounded skill set through each of the TDP's assignments.
• Have the opportunity to relocate to various sites globally (according to business need).
• Be paired with a mentor to assist in the development of the TDP's career.
• Create a personalized development plan to serve as a step-by-step guide towards the experiences, knowledge, and resources necessary to achieve the TDP's career goals.
• Obtain training customized to support the TDP's individual growth and development.
• Report to a department manager in each assignment who will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities.
• Receive leadership training in collaboration with other functional development programs once a year.
• Conform to EH&S management system requirements and compliance obligations, promote continuous improvement, and consider EH&S aspects during the design and change process. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.

Qualifications

• Completing final year of a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must graduate with a bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date.
• Must demonstrate leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects).
• Mobility is a key requirement. Members may be required to experience at least one assignment based in one of our U.S. Operations Plants and will rotate to different sites with each rotation based on business need.
• Minimum of one internship or co‑op completed.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, written, and verbal skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
