Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree (nursing or science) or equivalent.
• 12+ years pharma/clinical research experience.
• 8+ years leading clinical research programs and teams.
• Proven global team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience coaching/mentoring and remote management preferred.
• Expertise in SOPs, ICH, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical operational strategy for programs.
• Translate asset strategy into operational execution and plans.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership engagement.
• Review clinical operations content for documents.
• Manage external budgets across portfolios (20–200M).
• Mentor study managers and develop talent within Development Operations.
• Ensure clinical programs meet ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.
