Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It :

As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the Rooftop operations in Barcelona, with a focus on leading our F&B services. You'll be mainly responsible for managing the Rooftop Restaurant, along with the pool bar and terrace. You will ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving the financial success of these venues.

Together with the Director of F&B, you’re responsible for running smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area. You make sure that the team provides the highest level of service, always delivering on what sets TSH apart: our guest experience.

What You'll Do :

  • You’ll lead by example. You’ll be visible and approachable, giving direction, and building an atmosphere of trust, professionalism, empowerment, delivering results, and fun across your department.
  • You’ll oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience.
  • You’ll perform regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.
  • You’ll proactively engage with guests to personalize and enhance their experience by regularly gathering customer feedback and using data analytics to recommend improvements.
  • You’ll uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B product presentation, and food-handling.
  • You’ll monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and you’ll inspire the team to achieve profitability.
  • You’ll oversee the creation, maintenance, and regular updates of the beverage menu, ensuring high quality menu items.
  • You’ll coordinate special events and dining experiences in collaboration with the marketing team.

Who You Are :

  • You have more than 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment (preferably a Rooftop) with proven experience in leading teams.
  • You have experience with managing outlets budgets and forecasting.
  • You are a true problem-solver and are not afraid to make decisions in the moment.
  • You are courteous, professional, and ready with a smile for team members, guests and random strangers alike.
  • You deal with stressful situations in a stress-free manner and bring calm and a sense of ‘I’ve got this’ to every situation.
  • You’re a team player and work hard to inspire and guide your team members to excellence.
  • You have exceptional English and Spanish communication skills, all other languages very welcome!
  • You’re hard working, responsible and have a “let’s do this!” and a flexible mentality.
  • You build, lead and inspire motivated, happy teams.
  • You’re legally allowed to work in Spain.
