Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It :

As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. Your main responsibilities include managing the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving financial success.

Together with the Director of F&B, you will be responsible for smooth operations in our rooftop area, ensuring the team provides the highest level of service and delivering a unique guest experience.

What You'll Do :

1. Lead by example, being visible, approachable, and fostering trust, professionalism, empowerment, results, and fun within your team.
2. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience.
3. Conduct regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales.
4. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gather feedback, and utilize data analytics for improvements.
5. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling.
6. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve financial goals.
7. Oversee the creation and updating of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings.
8. Coordinate special events and dining experiences in collaboration with marketing.

Who You Are :

1. Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven team leadership skills.
2. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets.
3. A true problem-solver who can make quick decisions.
4. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a friendly demeanor.
5. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and confidently.
6. A team player who inspires and guides team members to excellence.
7. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
8. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and proactive.
9. Ability to build, lead, and motivate a happy, motivated team.
10. Legally authorized to work in Spain.
