Job summary

GE Vernova's ROC Technical Lead – Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) in Barcelona oversees the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a dedicated remote center, guiding commissioning and service activities to sustain turbine performance.

You will work with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve technical issues, monitor turbine performance, and drive continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoot and support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve technical issues and restore performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings and actions.
