Stäubli is seeking an Applications Engineer to support Robots and AGV/AMR in its Robotics division, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and external customers. You will participate in pre-sales, define suitable solutions, and provide post-sales support including training and applications development.

The role involves 80% client-site work and 20% in the office, with approx. 30% travel nationally and internationally. On-site position with office in Sant Quirze del Vallès, near Barcelona.

Formación

• Minimum requirement: CFGS/CFGM studies in robotics or demonstrable prior experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in robot and PLC programming.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Valid driving license in Spain.
• Languages: Spanish Level C2 English Level B2: Must be able to speak, understand, and write.
• A person with strong communication skills, teamwork ability, openness to change, and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct programming and operator training for clients, both at Stäubli facilities and at the client’s site.
• Develop robotic applications in collaboration with the client and other suppliers.
• Support engineering teams in application development.
• Provide hotline support: Be part of the technical service team handling the assistance hotline.
• Assist the sales team with technical support by performing simulations and defining technical aspects of new projects.
• Develop new demonstration cells.
• Provide support and assistance at trade fairs/technical events with a technical focus.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining the company’s standards.
• Occasionally, Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and repair on customer premises. This includes traveling, maintenance/repair, and commissioning the system.
• Attend training sessions held at the group’s headquarters.
• Perform internal reporting on executed tasks.
• Achieving technical department goals.
