Una empresa de consultoría tecnológica en Barcelona está buscando un Gerente de Arquitectura y Proyectos de IT que supervise proyectos de infraestructura y forme parte de un equipo global. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la gestión de proyectos complejos, habilidades de liderazgo y conocimiento técnico en herramientas de gestión de proyectos y plataformas en la nube. Este puesto ofrece un modelo de trabajo mixto, combinando presencial y teletrabajo.

Formación

• Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Gerente de Proyectos de IT.
• Certificaciones PMP e ITIL son altamente preferidas.
• Experiencia en la gestión de equipos geográficamente dispersos.

Responsabilidades

DESCRIPCIÓN

**Position Summary**

The role should meet the organization’s Information Technology model by managing global IT projects and design/improve future/current IT infrastructures, looking for continuous improvement and evolution.

**Organization Summary**

The IT Architecture & Project Manager will report to the CTO and will design IT architecture and standards together with our Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Security Managers, and be responsible of manage global IT Projects, working with external service providers as stakeholders, as well as our internal IT Regionals Managers and their teams in WESTMED, EASTMED, NORTH EUROPE, LATAM, US and APAC acting as a team consisting of around 20 staff.





**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for providing project planning and management for IT infrastructure projects, within the scope of an IT Transformation Program.
- Ensure that IT Infrastructure projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget, as per expected quality.
- Define, plan, manage, monitor and deliver IT Infrastructure projects. Define scope, provide estimates, control the budget, identify resources and oversee project governance.
- Proactively identify project delivery risks, establish mitigation mechanisms and communicate these to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assemble and coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities.
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
- Prepare and present decision-making material to management.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating project management artefacts (project charter, project plan, timelines, requirements documents, project and resource planning, deployment plans, support plans,



conversion plans, user guides, etc.).
- Adhere to standardized IT Project Management practices.
- Engage with the IT Regionals teams and IT leadership to collaboratively deliver IT projects, in a highly interdependent ecosystem with multiple stakeholders across the globe.
- Act as a consultant towards the IT team and the business areas.
- Schedule & run project review meetings with service providers and IT Regional team.
- Perform feasibility studies for different upgrade projects, as well as company’s demand projects.
- Helps CTO to define the technology strategy, vision and roadmap in alignment with the organization’s digital business strategy.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

**Requirements**:
**Experience**




- Educated to degree level with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager of complex enterprise-wide IT Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in IT Service Management (framework/practices) is a plus.
- PMP and ITIL Certifications are strongly preferred. Agile Certification is desirable.
- Successful experience delivering results from geographically disparate teams, including both local and remote resources.
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer focused, team-oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting/trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications, and a track record of working with stakeholders and senior leadership within a cross-functional IT environment (Infrastructures/Comms/Security/Cibersecurity).
- Strong technical understanding of software and infrastructure aspects of IT projects.




- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of the Azure Cloud stack in the context of enterprise environments. Other Cloud platform knowledge will be highly valuable (AWS, OCI, GCP).
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating with vendors.

Fluent in spoken english is a must.
