Revolut is seeking a Risk Manager to identify and quantify ESG risk, operating in the second line of defence to ensure proper risk controls across regions. You will shape ESG risk management, collaborate with first-line businesses, and develop reporting infrastructure.

The role emphasizes climate risk stress testing, regulatory knowledge, and strong stakeholder interaction, with opportunities to influence financial risk frameworks globally.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in ESG or climate risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing climate risk stress testing.
• Understanding of global financial markets, products, and linkages to ESG/climate factors.
• Knowledge of ESG-related regulations and their application in financial services.
• Experience with model development, implementation, and governance.
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, and drive change.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Setting standards for ESG risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Developing risk management policies, procedures, limits, stress testing, analytics, and reporting.
• Engaging first-line teams to identify and govern ESG risks and new product risks.
• Modeling ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions.
• Monitoring exposures against limits and escalating breaches to committees.
• Engaging senior stakeholders to enforce risk frameworks and identify emerging risks.
