Revolut is seeking an ESG Risk Manager to identify and quantify environmental, social, and governance risks. You’ll operate in the second line, ensuring first-line functions manage risks and controls effectively within a global fintech context.

You’ll set standards for ESG risk, develop policies and analytics, and engage senior stakeholders to enforce robust risk management as Revolut continues its rapid growth from Granada and beyond.

Formación

• 3+ years of ESG or climate risk management experience.
• Expertise in ESG risk issues, climate risk stress testing, and regulatory context.
• Ability to analyze data, model risks, and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience breaking down complex problems and driving change.

Responsabilidades

• Set standards for ESG risk management and risk appetite.
• Develop policies, limits, stress testing capabilities, and reporting.
• Engage first-line businesses to identify and govern ESG risks.
• Model ESG risks under climate stress scenarios with sound assumptions.
• Monitor exposures, investigate events, and escalate breaches.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enforce risk frameworks.
