Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive RFP & Commercial Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for managing utility-scale RFP responses. Based in the U.S. or Europe, this role is designed to bridge time zones and facilitate real-time collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and bring strong coordination and communication skills to support cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of public RFP responses, with a focus on utility-scale opportunities
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Hyderabad team and U.S. / European stakeholders
• Proactively gather inputs from Commercialization, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management teams
• Track timelines, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Facilitate calls, clarify questions, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, proposal management, or project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or renewables sector is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Based in the U.S. or Europe, with flexibility to collaborate across global teams
• Ability to work interactively with key departments including Commercialization (John), Structured Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and Development
