Johnson Controls RFID Development Engineer role focusing on reliable RFID tag solutions for real-world retail. You will plan validation tests, analyze RF performance and support new product development across our RFID Innovation Center.

Work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to drive design improvements, ensure quality, and implement innovative RFID technologies in production environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Understanding of product development and industrialization processes.
• Knowledge of RF technologies, antenna principles and electronic systems.
• Understanding of RFID technologies, applications and performance considerations.
• Experience using statistical methods and data analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct RF performance measurements and benchmarking of RFID tags and related technologies.
• Plan, execute and document laboratory and field test campaigns with accurate data reporting.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, performance improvements and root causes.
• Support new product development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues.
