A leading telecommunications company is seeking an RF Service Engineer familiar with 4G/5G parameters and features activation. The position involves RF optimization, ticket handling, and development of QoS alert methods, requiring significant expertise, especially with Ericsson equipment. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to work alongside experts in the industry.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as RF optimization engineer.
• High RF knowledge, mainly on Ericsson equipment.
• Preferably speak French.

Responsabilidades

• Handle RF tickets related to incident and network issues.
• Develop and review QoS Alert processing methods for 5G NSA.
• Ensure monitoring of NSA 5G QoS during measurements.

Descripción del empleo

OFG selects RF Service Engineer (Familiar with 4G / 5G Parameters strategy setting and features activation, Deep knowledge in VoLTE / Data optimization) with Ericsson experience.

Main Tasks :

1) RF ticket handling (Incident / network issues check and follow up the SLA of each ticket)

2) Development and review of QoS Alert processing methods, specific to 5G NSA in first time on Huawei RAN

3) Participate in the development of methods / IT for handling new alarms

4) Ensure enhanced monitoring of the NSA 5G QOS on the TDD part during the measurements

5) Identify the IT dev needs of operational tools if needed, validate the conformity of evolutions

6) Implement and test alerts and methods

7) Mainly Ericsson vendor skill is needed

8) Has 5G experince

Requirements :

4+ years of experience working as RF optimization engineer

High RF knowledge, mainly on Ericsson equipment.

Bachelor's degree required

French language is preferable

Special tools required : Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business object, (Xcal, Xcap) or (Actix)

Work Style : Remote (located on Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary, Ireland)
