Formación

• 5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience required.
• Experience with GSM/LTE/NR Huawei required.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills necessary.

Responsabilidades

OFG selects Radio network optimization engineer with GSM / LTE / NR Huawei experience.

Main Tasks : 1) Mobility strategy audit and optimization suggestion 2) LNR parameter audit and optimization suggestion 3) LTE / NR CA parameter suggestions 4) Scripts preparation and RFC verification 5) KPI analysis and troubleshooting 6) Weekly technical report preparation

Requirements : 5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in total (GSM / LTE / NR Huawei Experience is a must) 1+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in NR. Experienced in multicarrier and multi-layer (2G, 4G & 5G) networks Special tools required : Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business object, Romes, TEMS Team player and Flexible in working hours. Well experienced in swap / moderniyation projects. Good communication skills. Excellent verbal and written English language skills is a must

Workplace : Remote from Spain,Hungary,Romania,Czech Republic,Austria. First week onsite. Duration : 2 months, from 07 / 07 to 07 / 09
