• Development of RF acoustic BAW/SAW filters in the range of up to 6 GHz for 4G/5G applications
• Applying RF co-design techniques considering other RF components like PAs, LNAs and switches
• Integration into RF front end modules in close cooperation with larger product design teams
• Acoustic and electromagnetic (EM) simulations and optimizations
• Device characterization and diagnostics using the latest state of the art in RF test equipment
• Collaboration with an international team at multiple locations

Required Qualification

• MS in Electrical Engineering with focus on RF
• Background in standard RF design techniques, RF measurements and characterization
• Experience with HFSS, AWR, ADS, or similar tools
• Understanding of microelectronic fabrication and high-volume manufacturing is a plus
• Communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work independently, but also in larger teams
