Indra Group in Vigo, Spain is seeking a full-time RF Engineer specialized in MMIC design to join its hybrid work environment. You will design RF/microwave ICs, run circuit simulations, and perform characterization and testing of RF circuits.

You will work with network and spectrum analyzers, exploring innovative design approaches, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a growing R&D setting.

Formación

• Proficiency in RF Design and Circuit Design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with RF Circuits and MMICs: PAs, LNAs, mixers, filters.
• Experience with GaN, GaAs, SiGe or RFCMOS is valued.
• Use of RF design tools such as ADS (Keysight) and AWR.
• Knowledge of Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a microelectronic RF Engineer specializing in MMIC design, based in Vigo, Spain, with the flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities will include designing RF and microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), conducting circuit simulations, and performing characterization and testing of RF circuits. The Engineer will use advanced tools such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers to ensure optimal circuit functionality and will contribute to innovative design approaches in the RF domain.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in RF Design and Circuit Design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with RF Circuits and MMICs: PAs, LNAs, mixers, filters...
• If experience with technologies such as GaN, GaAs, SiGe or RFCMOS is highly valued.
• Use of ADS (Keysight), AWR or another similar software for RF design.
• Knowledge of utilizing equipment such as Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a collaborative mindset.
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
