Indra Group is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to join our space technologies team in Spain. You will design and optimize RF transmission and reception architectures across multiple frequency bands for satellite communications and space systems.

The role involves mixed-signal RF design, GaN/GaAs/LDMOS power amplifier work, and hands-on simulations with ADS and LTSpice, plus laboratory validation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• Degree in Telecommunications or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in RF transmission and reception architecture design.
• Strong background in mixed analog and digital design.
• Experience with GaN/GaAs/LDMOS power amplifiers.

Responsabilidades

• Design RF transmission and reception architectures across frequency bands.
• Develop mixed-signal RF solutions integrating analog and digital tech.
• Design/optimize high-efficiency RF power amplifiers (GaN/GaAs/LDMOS).
• Create compact RF circuits and SoC solutions for advanced apps.
• Perform RF simulations with ADS and LTSpice; validate in lab.
• Lead laboratory validation and characterization with RF test equipment.
