Thales Alenia Space is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to design RF circuits from DC to Ka band, run lab measurements and validate the development and integration processes. You will produce documentation and participate in technical reviews, collaborating closely with Quality, CTO, Manufacturing and Testing teams.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering with relevant area exposure.
• Several years of professional experience in RF design, TT&C or related fields.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• RF circuit design from DC to Ka band, including amplifiers, oscillators, modulators and filters.
• Perform RF measurements in the lab on designed hardware.
• Validate development and integration processes.
• Prepare design documentation per Space standards and participate in technical reviews.

Who You Are

You hold a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, with a strong background in one of the following areas: Electronics, Radiofrequency, Radio-communications, or Telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities

• RF Circuit Design: Design and development of RF circuits from DC to Ka Band (including amplifiers, oscillators, modulators, and filters).
• Lab Testing & Measurement: Perform comprehensive RF measurements on designed hardware in the lab.
• Process Validation: Validate the solution development and integration process.
• Documentation & Reviews: Produce analysis and design documentation according to Space standards, and participate in technical reviews with customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and collaborate closely with other departments within the company (Quality, CTO, Manufacturing, Testing, etc.).

Requirements & Experience

You have several years of professional experience in one or more of these areas:

• Space industry
• Radiofrequency / Microwave HW design (passive or active)
• TT&C (Telemetry, Tracking, and Command)

Tools & Software

• Design & Simulation: ADS, Momentum (2.5D EM), HFSS/EmPro (3D EM), ORCAD/PSPICE, MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW
• Productivity: Microsoft Office

Languages

• English: Fluency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
