Job summary

Thales Alenia Space in Madrid Tres Cantos is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily quality control activities and drive continuous improvements in production methods. The role requires leadership of the production team, ensuring safety standards and on-time targets, with strong experience in lean processes and problem solving.

Excellent English is mandatory; familiarity with French or Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of autonomous production techniques, soldering assembly and electrical test.
• Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer tools and production management software.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, French and or Italian is a plus
