Job summary

Thales Alenia Space in Madrid Tres Cantos is seeking an experienced Production Manager to supervise daily quality control activities, ensure compliance with standards and drive production efficiency. You will lead the production team, resolve technical issues, and implement continuous improvements while meeting tight deadlines.

Proficiency in production management software and English is mandatory; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of autonomous production techniques, soldering assembly and electrical test.
• Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer tools and production management software.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, French and or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities
