The Role

Join Anthesis as a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst . Working with the Global Head of Reward, you will help define reward strategies to ensure competitive pay practices aligned with business goals.

Your responsibilities include participating in salary surveys, analyzing data for global locations, interpreting market trends, advising on salary structures, and preparing management reports. You will also support global people projects with data analytics as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Job Evaluation and Compensation Benchmarking
  • Support reshaping Job Architecture and building career pathways
  • Use career journeys for role mapping and pay range development
  • Respond to role and pay benchmarking queries
  • Manage external salary survey submissions and reporting
  • Ensure data quality within HRIS (HiBob)
  • Support compensation modeling and decision-making
  • Handle statutory pay reporting globally
  • Manage compensation processes in HiBob, including job framework updates and data imports
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including pay reviews and bonus administration
  • Draft compensation communications

The Candidate

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience in HR or related roles, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of compensation principles and job evaluation frameworks. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
