• Develop strategies to optimize reverse logistics, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as return rates, processing times, and resolution rates; implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with customer service, warehousing, and quality control to streamline reverse logistics workflows.
• Manage inventory of returned products with accurate record-keeping and proper handling.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks; drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on team performance, process efficiency, and cost analysis for management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in reverse logistics.

About The Team

You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Lead and manage a team responsible for reverse logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective processing of returns, exchanges, and repairs for JD.com.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the reverse logistics team, including inbound processing, quality inspection, repair coordination, and outbound disposition.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reverse logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return rates, processing times, and resolution rates, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, warehousing, and quality control, to streamline reverse logistics workflows.
• Manage inventory of returned products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper handling.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports on team performance, process efficiency, and cost analysis for management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in reverse logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of reverse logistics principles, processes, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
