Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Vice President Revenue Operations to define and lead the global Revenue Management strategy, operating model and performance agenda across the portfolio. The role translates demand, market and commercial insights into pricing, inventory and forecasting decisions that maximize revenue and asset value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics or related field; master's preferred.
• International multi-market leadership experience is highly valued.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global Revenue Management strategy across brands, regions and business models.
• Own the Revenue Management performance framework, targets and review cadence.
• Elevate forecasting accuracy, budgeting, displacement and total-revenue decision-making.
• Set the functional roadmap for RMS, forecasting, pricing, analytics and automation capabilities.
