Radisson Hotel Group seeks a visionary Vice President of Revenue Operations to define and lead the global Revenue Management strategy, operating model and performance agenda across brands and regions. You will translate market insights into pricing, inventory, forecasting and business-mix decisions to maximize profitable revenue and asset value.

You will drive adoption of data, automation and modern revenue technology while leading a diverse, global team and partnering with executives, hotels

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics or related field; master's is an advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years in Revenue Management or related commercial discipline, incl. 5+ years in senior multi-market leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute global Revenue Management strategy across brands, regions and business models.
• Own performance framework, targets and review cadence; drive accountability across teams.
• Elevate forecasting accuracy, budgeting and total-revenue decision-making across rooms and ancillary streams.
• Set RMS, forecasting, pricing analytics and automation roadmaps; drive data quality and adoption.
• Design and improve global Revenue Management operating model, roles, processes and standards.
• Lead diverse global team; develop succession plans and foster a collaborative culture.
• Act as senior RM partner to executives, hotels and owners; communicate insights clearly.
• Contribute to business cases for openings, renovations and strategic initiatives.
