The Role:

The Revenue Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in analyzing opportunities and measuring sales success against our go-to-market strategy. This entry-level position is essential to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data across our sales systems (HubSpot), supporting daily system maintenance, continuous improvement, and generating accurate reports aligned with financial data. With a focus on data hygiene, process enhancement, and operational efficiency, you will help drive the success of the Sales and Customer Experience (CX) teams by optimizing tools, automations, and best practices, while supporting strategic decision-making.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Analyze sales performance and support alignment with financial data through regular reporting.
  • Support the development of relevant Reports & Dashboards in the CRM (HubSpot) and maintaining them.
  • Perform weekly and monthly CRM reviews to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
  • Maintain and enhance data consistency across sales-related systems.
  • Implement and optimize automation to streamline sales processes.
  • Support the sales team with the Sales Tech Stack.
  • Support the delivery and adoption of new processes, policies, and trainings.
  • Stay updated on CRM updates and suggest system improvements.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Full proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Insights, and/or Revenue Operations.
  • 1+ years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for accurate data management.
  • Proven experience with sales technology and analytical tools such as Excel/Sheets.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
  • Prioritization skills for tasks and deliverables.
  • Independent work capability with a curious mindset.
  • Aptitude for proposing changes and solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and draw useful conclusions.
  • Experience in the Travel Industry or SaaS is a plus.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Salary range 28,000 - 31,000 EUR annually.
  • Indefinite contract.
  • Eligible for a 5% annual bonus.

  • Second stage: Peer Interview (Online-30min).
  • Final stage: Exercise and meeting with the Head of Revenue Operations (1hour 15min).
