ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is preparing for an exciting luxury resort opening and seeks an experienced Revenue Manager to lead pricing, forecasting, and channel strategy across rooms, villas, and related inventory. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to translate revenue strategies into daily execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in Revenue Management within luxury hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality.
• Experience leading or supervising a Reservations team or strong Reservations operations knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with ability to interpret data.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills advantageous.
• Experience using revenue management platforms such as IDeaS RMS and Mews.
• Understanding of luxury distribution channels, OTA management, and market segmentation.
• Pre-opening environment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, yield, and distribution strategies across rooms, suites, and villa inventory.
• Prepare short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts to support commercial decision-making and planning.
• Manage inventory allocation, channel mix, rate parity, and availability across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale, and luxury advisor channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, booking trends, and seasonal demand patterns for Ibiza.
• Oversee the Reservations team with high performance and service standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on group business and partnerships.
• Analyze performance to drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
• Prepare performance reports and revenue reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Ensure optimal utilization of revenue management, reservation, and distribution systems (PMS, IDeaS RMS, CRS).

About the Role

Lead the revenue strategy behind one of Ibiza's most exciting luxury resort openings.

As we prepare for opening, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Commercial Leadership Team and help build the resort's revenue strategy from the ground up.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue performance across rooms, villas, and related accommodation products while overseeing the Reservations function and ensuring revenue strategies translate into effective daily execution.

This is a unique opportunity to establish the revenue management framework, systems, processes, and commercial disciplines that will drive the success of the resort from pre-opening through ongoing operations. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance, you will play a key role in positioning ZEST as one of Ibiza's leading luxury hospitality destinations.

You will combine strategic thinking with operational execution, using market intelligence, analytics, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, yielding, and distribution strategies across rooms, suites, and villa inventory.
• Prepare short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts to support commercial decision‑making and operational planning.
• Manage inventory allocation, channel mix, rate parity, and availability across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale, and luxury travel advisor channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, booking trends, and Ibiza's seasonal demand patterns.
• Oversee the Reservations team, ensuring high performance, exceptional service standards, and process efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams on group business, contracted rates, wholesale partnerships, and villa revenue opportunities.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability.
• Prepare performance reports and revenue reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning process.
• Ensure optimal utilization and configuration of revenue management, reservation, and distribution systems, including PMS, IDeaS RMS, CRS, and channel management platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to maximize direct bookings and optimize acquisition costs.
• Translate revenue strategies into clear and actionable plans for operational and reservations teams.
• Support all pre‑opening commercial activities, including systems setup, process development, distribution strategy, and operational readiness.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in Revenue Management within a luxury hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a Reservations team, or strong operational knowledge of Reservations functions.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing, and commercial decision‑making skills.
• Experience using revenue management and hotel technology platforms such as IDeaS, Mews, or equivalent systems.
• Understanding of luxury distribution channels, OTA management, direct booking strategies, and market segmentation.
• Experience within a hotel pre‑opening environment is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is highly advantageous.
• Able to relocate to or be based in Ibiza.
