Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Revenue Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to drive growth in our hotel business line. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to our company's expansion.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and forecast demand to optimize availability and pricing throughout the year.
  • Provide periodic dynamic forecasts, variances, and budget comparisons.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends.
  • Create and manage a 12-month rolling demand calendar.
  • Track sales evolution and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize analytical tools to maximize revenues and profits.
  • Optimize distribution channels to increase property visibility and accessibility globally.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Revenue, Sales, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar hospitality industry role (Hotels).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at various organizational levels.
  • Self-starter, creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing environment.
  • Passionate, energetic, and willing to support expansion efforts.
  • Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Enjoys team collaboration and cross-functional work.
