Emerald Stay, at its Barcelona head office, seeks a Revenue Management Intern for a 6‑month period starting mid December 2026 to support pricing and distribution across markets.

You will onboard new properties, update the portfolio, analyze pricing strategies, and create RM dashboards using PMS systems. English fluency, strong Excel skills, and hospitality/business background are required; relocation to Barcelona is expected.

Formación

• You are enrolled in or have finished studies in hospitality or business administration/management
• You have at least 6 months of working experience (preferably in English)
• You are proficient in Excel (will be tested)
• You are eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to Barcelona
• You speak (and write) English fluently

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new properties and update the portfolio across distribution channels
• Assist in pricing strategies for existing and new markets for both online and offline distribution
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis and research
• Provide pricing recommendations for new properties
• Perform data extraction, blending, report creation and analysis
• Load rates and restrictions through PMS and RM systems
• Assist in designing and creating RM dashboards and cross-system analyses
