Emerald Stay is seeking a Revenue Management Intern to join our centralized team at our head office in Barcelona. You will work on onboarding properties, developing pricing strategies, and producing insightful dashboards to optimize revenue across distribution channels.

The internship offers a structured recruitment process, a six-month term starting mid-December 2026, and a paid internship of 750€/month with 6 days of paid vacation and flexible remote options.

Formación

• Available for a period of 6 months.
• Enrolled in or recently finished studies in hospitality or business administration/management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Excel (will be tested).

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new properties and update portfolio across distribution channels.
• Assist in pricing strategies for existing and new markets across online and offline channels.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis and research.
• Provide pricing recommendations for new properties.
• Perform data extraction, blending, report creation and analysis.
• Load rates and restrictions through PMS and Revenue Management systems.
• Assist in design and creation of Revenue Management dashboards and cross-system analysis.
