We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our global operations team aligning processes, people and analytics to drive business growth.

The Role :

  • This role delivers analytical support for the revenue organization, with a strong focus on reporting and generating actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
  • You will work with a revenue team of over 400 people and cross-functionally with other teams. The role provides a lot of exposure to senior leaders in the Revenue Org and requires a good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, are proactive, and collaborative. You are fearless to drive solutions and resolve problems which have yet to be uncovered in a fast-paced environment focused on high impact performance.

What You'll Do :

  • Use data to prepare performance updates, solve problems and identify opportunities for business improvement, leveraging Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
  • Address inbound reporting requests from the sales team.
  • Drive new change initiatives such as implementing new reporting and revenue forecasting tools and methodologies.
  • Support strategic initiatives within the Revenue org with analysis and modeling.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years experience in Revenue / Sales Operations or Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a highly developed attention to detail.
  • Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google slides or excel) and confident using slides to present data in a convincing way to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred. Ability to build dashboards is a plus (we primarily use Salesforce and Looker).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelors in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent preferred.
