PepsiCo Spain is seeking a Revenue Management Trainee to support the Revenue Growth Management team with data analysis and performance monitoring, focusing on promotional effectiveness. You will leverage tools like post-event analytics to validate insights and advise on pricing and promotion investments.

You will interact with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Insights, develop analytical skills, and contribute to AOP initiatives through rigorous analysis and clear business recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Native or fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with large datasets, extracting actionable insights and translating them into clear business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, Circana (IRI), Kantar, or similar market research and analytics platforms is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with curiosity, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze promotional performance, ROI, and trade investment effectiveness.
• Validate data from the post-event analytics (PEA) tool to ensure accuracy and consistency of insights.
• Monitor key promotional KPIs and identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing promotional results and recommendations.
• Assist with pricing, pack-price architecture, and portfolio performance analyses.
• Track category, brand, and channel performance metrics and ensure alignment with the global internal view.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and databases used by the Revenue Management team.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives through analysis, recommendations and performance tracking.
