SD Worx is seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator in Madrid to own and evolve our Revenue Cloud platform, supporting Quote-to-Order and ensuring seamless downstream processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and IT to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive growth.

As Revenue Cloud expert, you will handle platform administration, configuration, automation, integrations, and design, plus contribute to Apex/LWC

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• At least 1 year experience in Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Ownership: Own and maintain the Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform, ensure reliability, security and data quality, manage user access and governance, coordinate releases and deployments.
• Quote-to-Order Process Optimization: Configure products, bundles, pricing, discounting, templates; maintain approval workflows and business rules; standardize sales processes across units; ensure downstream alignment.
• Integrations: Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and ERP; support API-based integrations and data flow; troubleshoot issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze requirements; translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions; support workshops and training.
