There aren’t many teams more important than Product on the Revolut rocket ship. The Product team leads the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design to reinvent financial services.

About The Rev-Celerator Graduate Programme

Are you a recent graduate eager to shape the future of financial technology? The Rev-celerator Graduate Product Designer programme is designed to help you make a meaningful impact.

We start with a few weeks of bootcamp to prepare you for Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises. After preparation, you’ll enter on-the-job training with challenging problems and ownership of tasks.

Our Design team leads the user experience from discovery to delivery, always focusing on customers and their interests. Top-performing graduates may receive a full-time contract after the programme.

The programme is open to international candidates who are willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in the UK, UAE, Poland, Portugal, or Spain. We offer visa assistance (if needed), travel costs, and the first month of accommodation. Check details with your assigned recruiter; conditions may apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and colleagues
• Work in a cross-functional, distributed team to define customer and business problems
• Identify key metrics and own their achievement
• Conduct research and bring findings to reach complex company goals (e.g., launching in new territories)
• Wireframe, design end-to-end flows and prototypes; create simple, elegant product solutions
• Translate chaos into simple, customer-focused design
• Run customer testing workshops and guerrilla testing
• Collaborate with the technical team and present designs during reviews
• Review release performance, learnings, and potential improvements

What You'll Need

• Graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
• University studies in design or a similar field
• Proactive attitude and love for problem-solving
• Fluency in English
• Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
• Full-time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
